The nicer you are to the Baristas the more they enjoy giving you great service. Chat and joke around with them.

Gets super busy during morning commute; make sure to mobile order and skip the line !

This Starbucks is one of the better ones in Newton area . I always get great service and staff is very friendly .

Staff is friendly but quite slow

If your looking to eat a breakfast sandwich and you like ketchup , you should bring your own or "go to Quizno's" as directed by an employee. This is why I never come here or any Starbucks in general.

Rudest people work here. They won't take your order for 5 minutes if they're chatting with someone.
