The red beans and rice are awesome! Good price too... sodas are crazy high prices though. My friend got the gumbo , it was good but they go light on rice . Ask for extra if it looks light.

They open nice and early at 8am. The main attraction for me are The Original New Orleans Beignets , which come in bags of 4, 6, 10, 12. Shake the bag up like crazy for maximum powdered sugar coverage.

Great value for Disney . The sandwiches (shrimp & bbq pork po boys ) were delicious and HUGE! Tasty fries & our kids' meals (popcorn chicken was AWESOME) were very filling.

Cheaper and faster than sitting down for dinner next door. My advice would be to grab lunch or dinner at the full service restaurant and then come back a few hours later for beignets and coffee .

This is the best food in the Disney complex in terms of quality for the dollar. The red beans and rice and gumbo are tasty!

They got rid of the Red beans & rice and replaced it with chili . Really? Tried the shrimp Po' Boy instead... lots of bread and little substance.

Skip the Jambalaya...it is 98% rice , 1% spice and a couple of small pieces of andouille sausage thrown in there so it can pretend it is worth $7.50, and not $2.50.

Don't get the mint julep . It's not the same as in DL New Orleand. It's just lemonade and colored blue. Mint is green.
