Great food!! Service is great and first time being here! Last time we came to Rickmansworth this place was closed! Glad it’s open and will happily come back again
Good food and drink, service/payment a bit inconsistent: once they made me pay up front, another time they wanted a card behind the bar , third time ‘ordering first, ask for bill later’ was OK
Great service & good vegetarian options . I tried the avocado & feta sandwich which was healthy & tasty.
It's always popular, worth booking a table. The mini puddings are inspired!
Great food and lovely garden to enjoy the sun!
Bring your biggest wallet, prices are sharp and the ladies wit is sharper! Go'head there boy'oh!
If you're eating here the "Facing East" dish of the day is a great spicy option.
Great food and beer garden
Sunday roast and pasta lunch
We booked online via the pub website with no problems.

Lots of football memorabilia but the local rugby team, Chess Valley; take over on Saturday's & lead the entertainment! - Adam Farnsworth
Some very dodgy local folk, friendly enough though. Basic pub grub but very good beer. Including craft beers at great prices. - Tracey Temple
Steak night on a Tuesday is fantastic: fillet steak, chips, salad, a choice of sauce and a glass of wine for £10 : ) - Catherine Staite
Best Indian restaurant in the area. The coconut raita served with the poppadums is a lovely cool contrast to the spicy dips. - Tracey Temple
Great place to watch the rugby - Adam Farnsworth
