The breakfast is great - both the in-room and the lounge buffet . The staff is very friendly . Essen center is pretty nearby, about a 10 minute walk, and the Philharmonie station about 5 minutes.
Really nice hotel well situated. Staff is really nice. Service is great. The sauna and pool are outside the hotel , in the adjacent complex, you have to go trough third floor but it's worth it.
Clean and comfortable rooms . Pet-friendly. Breakfast is good.

Solides Hotel , Zimmer neu gemacht, unbedingt zum Hof hinaus nehmen, die Straße ist sehr laut .
