If you can choose just one sauce something is wrong with you. We have ate here 6 times and I still can't narrow it down. Hubee sauce, hot, and Edisto bbq

Fries are tasty but are shoe string cut- much easier to eat them with a fork! Oh and the "Seriously Hot" sauce has good flavor but lacks the heat its name suggests
