Dunno what the complaints here are about regarding service. I always get looked after extremely well by friendly , unobtrusive staff . A perfect place to drink wine , eat risotto and keep warm.

A massive bag of average, over priced food under delivered on quality. Everything is effort for the staff . 3 years living in Melbourne, one of the worst, if not the worst meal I've had. Don't stop

People were friendly , but the steak disappointing, overcooked vegetables and oily fries .
They will cater to reasonable requests (such as a jug of sangria ) if you ask nicely.
