Factory outlet: Adidas on #02-30/32. Not as good a bargain as those you'd find in the US or overflows fr countries where they are produced, but still some discount on off-season & less popular items

Underpass to IRAS/Revenue House: As u exit d mall onto Thomson Rd, turn right & walk to d corner end of the mall 's exterior. U will see a sign for "Revenue House"

Post box: There is a SingPost postal box just on your right as u exit Novena Sqr along Thomson Rd. It's on the way to d underpass to IRAS

Party decor: There's a shop called Party Stuff! #03-08 that stocks up on party supplies like paper streamers, banners, theme paper bags, etc

Together With Square 2 and United Square, it is part of the Novena Integrated Popular District in the sub zone.

There is Apple store at level 1 for people around the area to check instead of going all the way to city central!:D
