Great spicy miso gyozas , juicy and crispy . Tonkotsu special ramen is very flavourful, pork is tender, noodles are hard as requested, egg could be softer. Come early to skip the queue.

Finally I have found the True Ramen in Paris , it tastes just like in Japan! The Tonkotsu ramen noir is fabulous! The only thing that needs improvement: the egg which is a hard-boiled egg in fact.

Really delicious "REAL" Japanese ramen !! The best gyoza in Japan !! Special ramen 13€ and gyoza x6 with special hot miso sauce 6€ are just amazing !!!

Seated on small stools facing the wall. Small place. No reservations , but the line is pretty fast. Big bowls of different kinds of Tonkotsu Ramen / Noodles . Super tasty… I enjoyed every slurp!

The pork is really soft and not fatty at all. The spicy broth is really not spicy though. Add the black garlic ! Yummy ramen ????

Authentic ramen . Not as good as Ippudo or other 'real' Japanese ramen , but this is as good as you can get to the real one in Paris. A bit pricey though.

Maybe it’s the best ramen in Paris . Don’t just try their ramen , but also the riz and kyoza!

A decent bowl of Hakata (pork ) ramen . Very flaky broth, good noodles . Too bad the egg was hard boiled and the pork was a little cold.

Un très bon ramen , le bouillon est top (on peut demander plus ou moins gras ). Seul point de déception, l'oeuf mollet qui arrive en oeuf dur. Les gyozas sont excellents. Le midi, arriver avant 12h30.

Qu'est ce que c'est bon! J'ai goûté le tonkatsu ramen spécial et les gyozas et rien à redire, c'était parfait . Le lieu et le service sont bons et les prix dans la moyenne (15€ env. le ramen )

Très bons ramen et gyoza . En deça d'Ippudo toutefois côté ramen (concernant les pâtes notamment). Idem pour les gyozas , en deça de ceux du Gyoza Bar par exemple. Bon accueil, mais confort basique.

Très bon ramen dans le style hakata. Possibilité de choisir un bouillon plus ou moins gras . Les gyoza aux miso pimenté sont super. L oeuf est effectivement dur malheureusement.
