This place is a gem, open 24/7. A wide variety of freshly baked donuts and coffee in a 1950’s era cafe . They even have the old newspaper racks out front.
Black raspberry jelly doughnut , French cruller, apple fritter...everything is just damn good. 24 hours and some of the nicest people around.
Very yummy Donuts . There is one grumpy Donut Man and one happy one. The grumpy one was wearing a Cubs hat and perhaps he is a Cubs fan and that is what makes him grumpy. Hope you get the happy one.
I cannot visit Palatine without dreaming of this place. The later you go, the better the experience. One of my favorite donut places on the explored Earth.
I've definitely never had a red velvet doughnut until today. It didn't taste anything like the cake , but it was gorgeous as far as colour was concerned.

Chocolate cream puff is a buttermilk-type,chocolatey and dense donut with awesome vanilla filling. THe toasted coconut is off the hook!
