Great value , considering the low price & convenient location. This hotel is very close to UB's North Campus. There are several hotels in the area (including Marriott), but this may be the best value.

There's a no smoking sign posted outside the lobby... So the staff really shouldn't smoke outside the lobby. Bleh!

Jordan Schiralli

There is a soulless ginger that works the counter. Heh.

Fab facility. Many walking distance food places. UB is walkable, if you are in shape. 30 min walk. Many students live nearby, but non students are welcome and not out of place. - Mike Szukala
