Iconic architecture in Santiago. Huge two level standard rooms most of which with great views of the cordillera. Best pool in town , great during summer months ...lush gardens 3 world class restaurants .

This place is nice. The happy hour from 5-8pm on the 16th is like king to dinner and drinks for free. Good appetizer portions and all the wine and drink you can take. Very elegant. 100% a nice touch.

Added Airport Transfers are in a swish Mercedes, located in safe Las Condes, the Atrium and Pool are amazing, the hospitality warm and King rooms spacious with all the expected comforts

I have stayed here at least 30 nights and never on business. It is always personal travel and they provide excellent service. Last night was free cocktails and food in Dukes.

High Quality , reliable Hotel . everything works. Nice rooms. Great gym . Good food and excellent wine .

After a third try to have the right espresso it did not happen. Waitress very helpful and attentive though.

Arquitetura moderna , tive o "prazer" de passar por um terremoto 4.6 e entender a inteligência por trás da estrutura do hotel , mesmo havendo vidraçarias para todos os lados, tudo manteve-se intacto. ????

De todos los hoteles en donde eh podido disfrutar, el gran hyatt es uno de los que mas me gusta, su elegancia y sofisticación hacen una mezcla perfecta con lo moderno y tecnologico

Restaurantes do hotel maravilhosos! Vista para a cordilheira espetacular! Próximo do shopping ! E o cheirinho nos corredores e quarto?!? Huuuum.... Recomendo!!!

Mi favorito en Santiago. La amplitud y vista de las habitaciones a la Cordillera dan una paz Zen. El gimnasio y piscina de primera.

Buen lugar para conferencias , en mi caso un desayuno bastante completo y bueno. Mención aparte para sus exteriores y piscina , muy bonita.
