Not your typical all inclusive. The restaurants are top notch, liquor is top shelf , staff are so nice& accommodating. We are extremely picky & have no complaints. Anyone who doesn't like it is nuts .

Great service and food, very relaxing experience, best beach and the new renovations are breathing new life into this awesome resort . Spa is nice too. Be sure to order multiple courses for food.

Been here many times & 2x this summer - 19 days in 2.5 mos. We eat at michelin rated restaurants weekly in NYC & expect the best, which is why we come here. Anyone who had a bad experience deserved it

This is a great place. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews . Staff and food is great. Rooms are above average. I would give it an 8 out of 10.

Breakfast Ocean front elevated view from the Spices Restaurante!

Ruined my engagement - staff blames guest (see pic). Room service frozen food. Scammers - promised credits+upgrades if we stayed 2 extra nights - then tried to double charge AND went back on promise.

Staff attentive but you have to schedule your holidays around the dinner reservations in the restaurants . Good luck getting a slot. Surrounding is nice letdown by a stupid system. Noisy rooms.

Best resort in playacar. Be kind and tip the staff and they'll do EVERYTHING for you

Shocked. They gave my partner the key to another person's room - walked in on two people doing the dirty dance - then made my partner wait outside 40 minutes for my real key.

Unpleasant experience. The staff needs to be reminded constantly to follow through

Honeymoon wrecked thanks for staff here - no requests honored, then blamed us for not telling us it was our honeymoon.

El servicio es de lo mejor que he visto, muy amable, servicial, los concierge te consienten en todo, muchas felicidades, ampliamente recomendado para un fin de semana con tu pareja

La atención en general es muy buena, las instalaciones funcionales. Variedad de restaurantes , buen spa (sauna y vapor ). Vale la pena la estadía en este hotel , todo muy a gusto, lo recomiendo.

Ampliamente recomendado para un fin de semana con tu pareja, el staff es muy servicial, la comida excelente y las habitaciones , es otro nivel!!!

El servicio excelente. Buen valor por tu dinero. Yo recomiendo quedarse un par de noches cerca de quinta avenida y terminar aquí su viaje.

Instalaciones decentes, el spa delicioso, la comida rica, pero deja que desear en cuestión de lujo . Sus productos de baño son L'Occitane. El restaurante las Ventanas exquisito. Algo aburrido. 7/10
