Beautiful resort with great selection of food choices. Super fast customer service and the rooms are very Art Deco with lots of purple! Tequila in the room!

3 great pools with the middle swim up bar . Right next to the Guacamole BBQ where you can grab lunch .

Riu Palace Mexico is much nicer. If u want a can soda go to the Sports Bar not the main bar . Main bar will only give u a glass of soda whereas the sports bar will give u the whole can (unopened)

If it's your birthday tell them! You'll get complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne !

Room service menu is almost non existent ... but the accommodations and customer service here make up for it!

If you're choosing btw Riu Palace Mexico and Riu Palace Riviera Maya, pick the latter (unless you're over 60)

Got bored of the food in three days - fortunately the town is only a 20 minute walk away for more variety (even McDonald's is a welcome change!)

Lost wallet on 2nd day, front desk acting blasé, fourth day a man reported his wallet missing. Coincidence? I don't think so!!

Get to the dive shop ask for water activity .. Diving snorkeling jet ski ... Ask Bruno ;)

Como todos los Riu, la comida y las habitaciones son de lo mejor. El servicio en los restaurantes es de primera aunque no tanto en recepción pero en general es un excelente hotel . La playa es perfecta

Excelente servicio, buena comida y el trato fue de lo mejor. De los restaurantes de reservación me gustó el Rodizio, los demás nada fuera de lo común, sólo me faltó el Yashima. El WiFi con señal débil
