Good resort ... But they need to hire locals to provide the guest services which is a distinctive of this culture to be soft spoken and with good attitude...

All inclusive but you have to pay for the water.... When you return from five avenue buy in a oxxo Store all your water.

Try the Maya Coffee from 4-6pm on the "island " close to the ice cream parlor . Delicious!

El hotel es hermoso, la gente te atiende muy bien siempre preocupados, la playa magnífica y tomar cocteles en el bar de la piscina es un sueño. Ideal para familias y parejas.

Hotel súper bonito con muchas plantas , si no te gustan los mosquitos ,hay muchos al igual que animales paseando (lleva repelente ) la comida es deliciosa . Como opción para hospedar, si lo recomiendo

El hotel con el mejor servicio, te lo recomiendo al máximo la gente siempre te recibirá súper bien, además de estar en la mejor disposición, el buffet es lo único que mejoraría.

El encantador toque selvático para disfrutar unas ricas vacaciones , playita y buenas albercas , muy buen servicio .

La cena mexicana en el teatro está magnífica, muy bien atendidos.

Me encantaron las instalaciones, el ánimo que se vive ahí y el restaurante de comida mexicana . Nos trataron excelente.

Es difícil llegar ya que la entrada es por Fase II y aunque se puede entrar por Fase I no permiten la entrada, los empleados son despotas

Весьма средний отель . Кухня оставляет желать лучшего. Интернет отваливается регулярно. В обменнике всегда мало налички. Хорошее расположение в охраняемой зоне Playacar. Рядом есть отели лучше.

Excelente lugar

El hotel no tiene generador de energía. Estuvimos sin luz 18 horas. Muy mal servicio.
