Very modern, loud and busy hotel . Drunk Americans in the poolbar, lots of food, great beach . Don't trust scuba diving shop . Best restaurant Asia and Italian.

The pool is very nice but I personally prefer the beach , it's view of the ocean, & the awesome cooling breeze.🌴
The staff keep this place really clean at all times. Everybody is friendly and the entertainment staff are amazing to have around.
You can visit any of the all-inclusive RIUs except the super nice RIU Princess
Quiet but good, wild animals will be around you there.

Great hotel , both in terms of service and food. The Mexican lunch buffet was great and so was both breakfast and dinner .

Cocktails de frutas muy buenos. El buffet es impresionante en calidad y variedad. El temático mexicano decepciona un poco. Mejor barman : Santos. Mejor animación : Alonso. Ideal para pareja o amigos.
Hemos tenido una estancia genial! Todo muy limpio, el personal excelente, la comida muy abundante (hay de todo)... Lo mejor, el bar en la piscina , los cocktails y el tequila Boom Boom!
Excelente hotel , Playacar tiene las mejores playas de Playa del Carmen, las bebidas excelentes en especial el blue Ocean no hay nadie que no traiga una en mano la atención increíble
Me gusto mucho el lobby muy amplio y los restaurantes increíbles, el Shangai esta muy bien... Piscinas y areas muy bien distribuidas
