The staff at the front desk of the Riu Tequila are very unprofessional and do not know how to treat guests. My husband and I were ignored dismissed and treated very rudely over two towels

Hotel staff is horrible RIU should be embarrassed having their name on this property. Manager was not present and they create their own policies. A el Riu debería darle pena poner su nombre ahí .
Buen hotel y bien situado para si tus excursiones son a Tulum o Xcaret . Buen servicio (increible el acuatic bar ). Ojo con los tejones que van a por tu bebida ;) y para ir a la playa ,en carrito de golf
Não é pé na areia. E isso é otimo. Hotel com muito verde trazendo a sensação de estar em "outro lugar" alem da praia . Estadia foi deliciosa.
