レンガ街モール三階という、吉祥寺においてはマイナーで見落としがちな場所にあるため、初めて訪れる際には見落として通り過ぎないよう注意。2016年10月現在ではレンガ街モールのサイトを見ても掲載されていないので注意。「コピス吉祥寺とセブン-イレブンの間に入り口がある」と目印をつけて向かうと見つけやすいかと。
キメ細かく粉っぽさを感じさせない生地 はパンケーキ というよりシフォンケーキ やスフレ に近い食感。卵 の味が非常に強くふわふわの卵焼き を食べているかのような味。マヌカハニーのホイップバターとカラメルシロップ が付くのだが、どちらも味が強過ぎて生地 の味を台無しにしている気がします。
2016年9月29日オープン。レンガ街モール三階というマイナーでオープンしたにもかかわらず盛況で、パンケーキ ブームが下火になるまでのランチ〜ティー タイムは行列 待ちを覚悟しておいた方が良いかも しれません。
