Bongiorno's Italian Deli & Pizzeria

What an awesome! Spot for a delightful pizza spot in the heart of Chicago :) I reccommend this place to anyone visiting Illinois.I will Return! Back to Chicago and this place will be my first stop.

A wonderful hole in the wall (compared to neighbor trump tower ). This is a delicious no-fuss place that focuses on great food made from scratch. And too it off with some gelato !

The lady who owns this place could not be nicer. She came around to all the tables and spoke with everyone! If you see her, ask about Ernie Banks !

Best pizza in River North. All options are great here. The basic cheese pizza and the vegetarian are my favorites.

Pizza is really good, not cheap compared to Europe, but fine!

Cozy Italian place along the Chicago River right by the riverboat docks. Good flat bread pizzas . Quick pizza , great service.

Personal pizza is wonderful, but the real triumph is the sausage and lentil soup !

It's no frills classic red sauce Italian, but everything is homemade and the patio is really nice!

$5.95 pizza special is super delicious and made fresh to order

The soup is amazing, as well as the pizza !

Stopped for a nightcap and canoli ; nightcap was satisfactory the canoli although presented impeccably with fresh fruit was disappointing. The cream was soured and the shell stale.
