Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we’re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes...

The breakfast burrito is a great for vegans ! Ask for the burrito bowl with corn tortilla bc the flour is made with lard. Substitute the eggs with tofu and ask for green sauce ! Also ask for no cheese !
Their gluten free pancakes are awesome, you can barely tell the difference. Do their reuben sandwich gluten free and it'll be delicious, but avoid the GF French toast . Off-menu cinnamon roll ftw!
If you’re looking for unique pancakes that are dialed up a notch, snag the Blueberry Danish or Pineapple Upside down pancakes . Wait times and parking can be nuts , so arrive early!
