Got amazing rate via Priceline. ($60 incl tax). Well , our room is right by the air compressor that goes off every 7 minutes (or less!). They moved us (incl'd brkfst), so that's good. Avoid rms in 130s

When they know the shuttle is gonna take too long, they'll just ask you to take a cab and they take care of the payment. Easy as! And claps for the welcome cookie !

Great location, very simple check-in process, rooms are very clean . My only complaint was that the bathroom was very compact.

Most DoubleTree hotels are nicer. Careful in the rooms on the north side, folks looking up from the lobby can see you...

Long wait at airport for shuttle van to arrive. Hotel needs some updating and remodeling. King bed was comfortable and bathroom roomy but dated. Great breakfast buffet with omelette station.

The beds have lovely down comforters and are very comfortable .

Not up to Hilton (Doubletree) standards. Old rooms, pealing popcorn ceilings, paper thin walls. Only plus side is proximity to airport . Will be staying at the Hilton next time

Executive suite was nice but the walls are thin. View from the 7th floor rooms is sweet!

No airport pickup. But flat rate to hotel in a cab. Nice staff and a good bar .

Bed is super comfortable . Walls are very thin. Can hear all my neighbors tv 's. Needs serious refurbishing. Very disappointing for a Hilton property. Should have stayed at the Westin.

Thin walls with little soundproofing!

Stay somewhere else!! I'm a huge Hilton fan and frequent traveller. It took 20 minutes after calling for the shuttle at DFW for it to arrive and another 30 minutes to get to hotel .

Took almost an Hour from the time I called to be picked up to the time I checked in...hope you're in a patient mood...

I could hear my neighbors conversations so clearly, they may as well have been in my room. And honestly, "fitness center " is a real stretch. Not terrible though. Bed was comfy .

awful.. smells OLD, is old, walls are thin (everytime someone opens doors in hall its loud ), dirty carpet , its11:30 PM and creepy housekeeper is knocking on door w/ towels, NOT worth the $150+ here!!

This is the worst DoubleTree I've stayed at.The rooms are outdated&there are stains on the carpet.The executive lounge is nothing more than a hotelroom suite.I'm checking out&heading to another Hilton

Beautiful outdoor pool

Smallest bathroom ever. This double tree is in bad need of an upgrade. Mattress is way to soft and there is a funky rotten egg smell out of the bathroom sink.

Free DFW airport shuttle !

Executive lounge isn't bad, except they charge for beer . Also, it's only a quick snack , not a dinner substitute.

Torn furniture

Worst hotel in our Airlines layover network. Cockroach infested, dirty carpets . Black Mould. Paper thin walls and extremely noisy . Mgmt denies Roaches even when brought to desk in a jar

This place sucks. It's old and the rooms are falling apart . Much better accommodations available compared to this overpriced hotel

Don't stay here. Long wait for just about everything. Outdated! Needs a facelift or someone to push the implosion button.
