Got amazing rate via Priceline. ($60 incl tax). Well , our room is right by the air compressor that goes off every 7 minutes (or less!). They moved us (incl'd brkfst), so that's good. Avoid rms in 130s

Mesa De Estar (Camila)

When they know the shuttle is gonna take too long, they'll just ask you to take a cab and they take care of the payment. Easy as! And claps for the welcome cookie !

Kristie Tanner

Great location, very simple check-in process, rooms are very clean . My only complaint was that the bathroom was very compact.

Don Deedo

One of the greats hotels by Helton , I love the location and they have great service ✌️????

Most DoubleTree hotels are nicer. Careful in the rooms on the north side, folks looking up from the lobby can see you...

Jane Hubbard

Long wait at airport for shuttle van to arrive. Hotel needs some updating and remodeling. King bed was comfortable and bathroom roomy but dated. Great breakfast buffet with omelette station.

Cat Tucker

The beds have lovely down comforters and are very comfortable .

pachas o'hooligan

Nice welcome cookie at the front desk

Kristin M

Order the Greek salad with salmon ... Delish with your complimentary cookie upon check-in :)

Erik Plath

Not up to Hilton (Doubletree) standards. Old rooms, pealing popcorn ceilings, paper thin walls. Only plus side is proximity to airport . Will be staying at the Hilton next time

Charles Harris III

Executive suite was nice but the walls are thin. View from the 7th floor rooms is sweet!

Kelly Bolyard

Champagne reception in lobby at 5:00pm

Brian Paris

Seriously in need of updating. Stained carpets, torn furniture . I can't believe this is a Hilton

Phillip

No airport pickup. But flat rate to hotel in a cab. Nice staff and a good bar .

Jan Freeman

Bed is super comfortable . Walls are very thin. Can hear all my neighbors tv 's. Needs serious refurbishing. Very disappointing for a Hilton property. Should have stayed at the Westin.

Dale Travis

Thin walls with little soundproofing!

Steve Green

Stay somewhere else!! I'm a huge Hilton fan and frequent traveller. It took 20 minutes after calling for the shuttle at DFW for it to arrive and another 30 minutes to get to hotel .

Margie Schingle

Very thin walls between rooms .

Mike Dasaro

Took almost an Hour from the time I called to be picked up to the time I checked in...hope you're in a patient mood...

Liz Giel

I could hear my neighbors conversations so clearly, they may as well have been in my room. And honestly, "fitness center " is a real stretch. Not terrible though. Bed was comfy .

Joy Roberson

awful.. smells OLD, is old, walls are thin (everytime someone opens doors in hall its loud ), dirty carpet , its11:30 PM and creepy housekeeper is knocking on door w/ towels, NOT worth the $150+ here!!

Annie W

This is the worst DoubleTree I've stayed at.The rooms are outdated&there are stains on the carpet. The executive lounge is nothing more than a hotelroom suite.I'm checking out&heading to another Hilton

Jane Hubbard

Beautiful outdoor pool

Heather Cook Gilbeau

Smallest bathroom ever. This double tree is in bad need of an upgrade. Mattress is way to soft and there is a funky rotten egg smell out of the bathroom sink.

Kyle Nelson

Free DFW airport shuttle !

John Repp

Executive lounge isn't bad, except they charge for beer . Also, it's only a quick snack , not a dinner substitute.

Brian Paris

Torn furniture

Dustin Brown

Very small!! Old! But very nice staff .

Garth Hambly

Worst hotel in our Airlines layover network. Cockroach infested, dirty carpets . Black Mould. Paper thin walls and extremely noisy . Mgmt denies Roaches even when brought to desk in a jar

Mark Snider

This place sucks. It's old and the rooms are falling apart . Much better accommodations available compared to this overpriced hotel

John Dinkel

Don't stay here. Long wait for just about everything. Outdated! Needs a facelift or someone to push the implosion button.

Greg Bistany

Breakfast buffet ... Get the omlets

Randy Davis

Old hotel , high priced.

Fabian S.

Avoid! Thin walls between rooms , I could hardly sleep as neighbor room discussed all evening.

Ric Lopez

Terrible van transportation service ... 10 minutes away , 45 minute wait for van... Sucks

Paulo Balbuena

Despite what appears in the app, they no longer serve breakfast here. If Gold or Diamond, you’ll need to request a coupon for the Flatland Grill buffet (if you bypassed the front desk). - Carl Black
