We went here last weekend in June around midnight. The service was from Latonya and it wasn't bad at all. She was pleasant, patient and respectful

My visits have been pleasant, the food delicious, and customer service good. No complaints.

Great customer service and low crowds weekday mornings. But don't even think about getting that same level of service on the weekend.

If you don't feel like asking for wifi password, you should be able to pick up Panera's free wifi from next door throughout the IHOP.

Good experience all around, although I came at an off-peak time. People are pleasant. Food is good. Yay!

Considering the location and clientele I am always amused at the music playing. If you like 80's pop radio then you'll love eating here.

Tip TYRONE. He is the BESTEST. hard working staff , big portions . Don't come here expecting gourmet

Service is always horrible. They give u a special for checking in and then say the damn coupon has to be printed out! That defeats the purpose! I said I'd never return & this is 1 of the reasons why!

Choose your own omelet : spinach , ham , tomato , green onion DELISH!!!

A few opening jtters but a great experince. Get the seasonal pumpkin praline pancakes !!!!

The hostess with the bad lacefront needs to learn people skills. Also she should be nicer considering they just ran out of Pancakes . I guess this International House just got foreclosed on.

Go early in the morning. No wait and not a whole lot of people in the place either.

If you are in he conference room the service was great. Good for sport teams and students

The LATE NIGHT menu prices increase by $1 after 10pm. I guess thats for the spectacular service and having to sit near loud hood rats ?

It seems to always be 80's night at IHOP which is cool, but the recent switch to Pepsi products totally sucks! Bring back Coke !!

The worst I hop in the nation rude servers bad customer service. asked for ice water asked 3 servers & got it after 45 min with attitude they were not busy it's only midnight

Took server over 5 minutes to greet me after I was seated. That was 4 minutes ago and just now got my drink.

Service is horrible. Servers are great to chat with. Bonus if you get the cop serving your plates or seating you.

The banana bread french toast is pretty...pretty...tasty.

Very disappointing service and food. They messed up my eggs ! If you're from North Cali, stick to ihop there, they hop better.

Place is a true dive. Waitress is as dum as a box of rocks. Duhhh Coffee was cold and pancakes half cooked. Don't see this dump getting a Zaget award in DC.

Service is awful. Took them half an hour and they didn't get my drink or the butter the first time. But when the food is here, it's worth it.

The entire place smells like dirty mop water. While the staff is in the conference room watching tv , customers raising their hand waiting for service. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Try not to sit near the back. It always smells like vomit.
