The Cynthia is a refined and balanced take on the flavours of Ispahan. Not too sweet nor too tangy , but the rose is too mild for me. Everything else looked so good, I'll have to return for more.
A quintessential combo: Cold angel hair pasta with truffle oil , chopped kombu (seaweed ) & uni (sea urchin )
Grilled samegarei on wet tomato rice . Enjoyed crispy & smoky flavours of the fish skin. Rice was superbly cooked, soaked with all that tomato goodness
Hamachi (yellowtail ) but drizzled with oil for that added fatty texture, and sprinkled with finely chopped apples for added bursts of sweetness/crunchiness
We r constantly delighted by the colourful produce on display as we walk in. Great way to stir up our appetites!
