They now have a loyalty gift card program. Buy 6 haircuts get 1 free. Or Buy 12 haircuts get 2 free. It basically converts to dollars so $270 = $315 gift card; $540 = $630 gift card.

Get there 10 minutes before they open or you will have a wait - and the list builds quickly. That said, they give you a time to come back at, which is very convenient.

They finally added online appointments you can schedule in the future! Only downside is that if you can't make it, remember to cancel at least 2hrs before or you'll be charged the 50% deposit.

Great overall experience and shave. Pleasantly surprised to learn that Mumford and Sons are not allowed on internal soundtrack.

Get here before opening on a weekday or you'll end up waiting forever. Barbers are all solid, especially if you come in with a game plan.

Long waits and your favorite stylist might disappear one day, but it's the best cut in town for a decent price.

Alder for men's haircuts hands down. Their estimated time in the tickets is almost always dead on so no need to show up 15 minutes earlier like they tell you to.

The stylists are exceptionally friendly and very talented!

"Walk-in" loses its original purpose when you have a four hour wait for a shave and a haircut (for $75 mind you).

Came at 11am on a Monday and only a 15 minute wait. If you can, come on a weekday.

I find this place very confusing. Most of the time they're awesome. Other times they suck. Went in today and couldn't see my regular person so Jay cut it. Did it in 15 mins, was rude and it sucked.
