I work in the plaza someone who works here steals credit card information. Multiple Co workers have had the information stolen and we figured out its from here.
Been screwing up my order consistently for over a year. Also a lettuce shortage here apparently.
Haven't had a whopper in a while.... now they wrap and box differently .. much neater.. almost like a Carls junior
If they mess up your order call the manager like I did. She fixed the error for me no problem.
The staff is super nice, great customer service.
Slowest BK ever... I went to MCdonalds across the street and I was in and out in 4-5 min.... At this BK it's a 20-25 min ordeal......SMH.....
