If you want terrible service, incorrect orders and to be told what you can and cannot order this is definitely the place for you.

They are notorious for forgetting to give you a straw in the drive thru ! Check before you leave!

Worst Mcdonalds I've been to in Michigan. SUPER slow service, food is always old, rude service and never got my order right. Tested them out a few times. Won't ever be returning here.

Nuggets were left over from lunch it seems.(4pm now). 1 person had great fries ...rest were old. Mix and match :(

they must hire off the short bus . what a bunch of idiots that work here. my order has never been right

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Every time I go through the drive through the get my order wrong. And when I correct them they tell me to go get back in line . Poor customer service.

Always dissatisfied with the fries here.

Avoid this place like the plague. Worst service from little foreign girls. If you must mcdonalds go a couple miles north on Rochester to the good one.

Service here sucked; very slow, pop machine ran out of diet coke and they wouldn't refil it, fries are cold, don't go to this McDonald's!

Worst mc Donald's ever! Never fail to forget my straw or napkin. Something is always missing. Never going there again
