The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable - each department knows the origins of the products and take pride - lots of items made on site. Try the made-on-site rare roast beef in the deli .

Lots of yummy serve yourself options fir lunch . A great destination for vegetarians . Try the pakoras but heat them up first in the available microwaves. Quesadillas are excellent value!!!

While the produce and packaged goods are out of my budget, I must admit I love treating myself to the freshly prepared food in the market .

$11 pizza special - spelt crust is awesome with grilled veggies and sun dried tomatoes . Chocolate gelato is delish. Also check out deals in their flyer. Lots of coupons.
