BAD service! Less than an hour ago we ordered 2 salads to go. We just got home and when we opened the salad , one of the salad had NO shrimp in it!! And we were charged $3.99 extra! BAD service!
This Panera Bread is great but the only concern is that the manager is refusing to add more cashiers when the restaurant is very busy

We ordered Greek salad with shrimps . Where are the shrimps ?? They charged us for the shrimps but didn't give us any!
