As of 2018, the Wi-Fi is completely free and it is fast enough to stream videos in high definition. The staff was very friendly , the rooms were big and clean and the breakfast was great!

Sign up to the radisson Carson club for free and you get free fast wifi . Just make sure to tell the people at reception and do it before you check in

This place is great for tourists if you make it up to the panorama37 (the 37th floor ) because it gives you a great view over the city ...

The hotel have a great location. But rooms are super tiny, there's not free wifi , the check in was super slow. If you need location, this one is for you. Other than that choose another one

location: awesome. views : pay extra for rooms w. views of tv tower - worth it. rooms: small w. sort of bathrooms within, but comfy beds . wifi : outrageously expensive . free late check-out on sundays!

Located in the heart of Alexanderplatz. Close to many attractions . Fairly old building , but rooms are descent and renewed. Restaurant , spa , fitness and business center available. Prices are affordable

Make sure you head to the very top floor. There's a bar up there where you can sit out on a balcony and take in views of the TV tower and the rest of Berlin.

Make sure you sign up for Club Carlson, their loyalty program. You'll earn points for your stay, but you'll also qualify for free wifi ! (You have to ask for the free wifi , but all cc members get it)

Great rooms. Get one with a view of the TV tower. Expensive WiFi - 9 euros per day. Great transport links with Alexanderplatz.

Awesome clean nice hotel at a very affordable price - biggest issue is wifi is super expensive (I think it should be included in price or a least free in the lobby)- overall very pleased

A view from upper floor is amazing. Hotel has 1000 rooms so checkin takes very long time. Try to avoid rush hours. Checkout is possible to make Day earlier.

Go to the 37th floor and then walk up to the 40th. It s only 4€ but definitely worth it. Best view of Berlin and byow ;)

pay the extra 15 euros and get the room with the tower view ! totally worth it. if you dont care for the views : hotel is old, rooms small and depressing. i dont recommend. ( location handy though )

Spent my wedding night here I loved it so much! Good clubs in the area. Watergate for example. The buffet breakfast is also a must! Nice Sauna and relaxation facilitiies but no spa or pool.

İts a great place if you stay in a junior suite room (35th floor) the bad part is you have to pay for internet. The breakfast is good and it is close to many museums

The fact alone that the hotel is the highest one around makes the stay very special.

Well located hotel to explore Berlin by foot. Nice rooms, good view ; beware of the shower cabinet : the door is a transparent glass panel !

This is a classic Radisson hotel , with comfy rooms and central location in the heart of the city .

The top view is a scam: You need to walk the emergency stairs and then see only one side of berlin. Don’t waste your money.

Terribly slow desk. Rooms worn out, no room cleaning “because of COVID-19”. TV in the room flickers. Hotel visitors get no discount for rooftop , which is all but what gets advertised.

The Front desk staff & Concierge team are BRILLIANT. Helpful & efficient, Nothing to much for them, including calling nightclubs to try find my glasses which I lost whilst drunk the night b4 :$

It's a 2 star hotel , Never got a good night sleep there. When people got home at night it woke you up. breakfast was there, but boring.

Not an overpriced hotel , excellent position, clean and with a beautiful panorama. But you have to enjoy your stay without Wifi . Too expansive!

Excellent trained staff . The breakfast buffet is tremendous. Unfortunately the WiFi is so poor, slow and frequently tripping. Blocked sites, VPN connections hardly supported.

small rooms with low ceilings, shower and washbasin integrated to the room next to bed, tiny toilet built in kind of closet.. poor wifi connection .. at least a stunning view from upper floors..

Efficient and pleasant front desk

No privacy shower curtain cheap and can see through can hear others bodily functions. Door slammed on my hand. AC is too hot. Breakfast hall smells of wet towel. TV cheap little thing.

Rooms are oversold as a matter of policy. Stressed and frustrated staff had to move us to another hotel when we arrived at midnight. Only to be told the next day that we had to go back. Total chaos.

The worst hotel experience ever! They are really unprofessional. There is no warning while checking in via internet but we have faced with a construction in the hole while sleeping in our room!
