Modern hotel next to the main train station in Berlin. Good breakfast , comfortable rooms . They have problems with their wifi infrastructure.
I would have expected more. Just an above average hotel . No or bad online connection in the rooms - problems with the Hotel Wifi , Very slow and high speed internet not working all the time.

Beim Check-In Hinweis auf Bettensteuer wäre nett gewesen, zumal die für Geschäftsreisende nicht anfällt. Rezeption machte keine Anstalten... aber ich unterstütze ja gerne das klamme Berlin!

Das Haus ist schön . Der Service aber leider absolut verbesserungsbedürftig. Hier läuft leider eine ganze Menge schief - peinlich für ein Steigenberger-Hotel.
