One of the best hotels Investments ever stayed at. Great rooms, great service, best location in the centre of Berlin. It's pricey , but well worth it!!

Good hotel ! Lacks Consistency though! In Food and in Service! Rooms are good, and the concierge are very helpful! Sport facility and swimming pool are a real disappointment!

Such a nice experience! Very welcoming, helpful and kind staff ! The room (Junior Suite ) was very comfortable with nice interior well sized and exceptionally clean . We definitely recommend the hotel !

Classic place to get a coffee (cappuccino 7€) or tea (pot 11€) in the afternoon. I found the entrance hall & seating there quite crowded and uncomfortable, though – the Bel Etage is more private.

First hotel in town . Here have resided kings, pashas and may celebrities, next to Brandenburg Gate .

One of the oldest hotels in Berlin . I love the atmosphere, their cakes are delicious and the neighborhood breathes history and luxury .

There's a coffee shop here, which is WAY better and CHEAPER than Starbucks on the other side!

Although ridiculously expensive (7,70 for a coke zero!), still an oasis. The lobby will give you plenty to look at while sinking into one of the couches .

Breakfast is awesome even if you not a guest. Great place, great service > great experience!

Be sure to visit the traditional afternoon tea party that ends at 17 00.

Overhyped imo. Too old-fashioned and as staff admitted, finding your way around is a disaster. No coffee / tea facilities in room. Good restaurants & spa though.

The service quality really lowered since my last visit here. Awfully rude doormen , don't even bother opening the door, how is this a 5* hotel ?! Lazy staff , act as if they are the guests and not us.

Great sauna , but the gym is disappointing. Better to go running all along unter den linden up to the museums isle.
