Make sure to visit the RAF Quonset hut in the WWII gallery ! Music from the era is always playing and we have many RAF and Luftwaffe artifacts inside.
Awesome place that needs lots of time to see.. Be sure to talk to the docents! Many have worked on and/or flown the things you are seeing. (And don't eat before the simulator!!)
Excellent museum ! They have added so much since my last visit years ago. A must see for any aviation enthusiast!
Apollo 9 Command Service Module , call sign "Gumdrop" is on display here. Gumdrop was the first named spacecraft since the first manned Gemini mission. The crew picked Gumdrop, because of the shape.
Interactive and full of history, a very learning experience
One of the best Air museums there is. If you haven't been there, make it a to-do. San Diego has a very rich aeronautic history and this place will tell you all about it.

You can visit the gift shop for free, just turn left instead of right. If you like planes , they probably have a model of one of your favorites.
Really great place to spend an hour or 2, some great exhibits including the Apollo 9 command module
Great place to go in free Tuesday!
There is no much to see
Lots of history in a limited space.
It’s jam-packed with airplanes , spaceships, memorabilia , and history.
Huge disappointment. Do not go in here if you expect European standards. This is all very plasticy and praises war.
Hop onto the flight simulator
This is where Orchids & Onions is going to be held this year! October 2, 2014 see you there!!
It's a must see and experience
Sit outside the air & space museum and watch airplanes land overhead.

If you've been to the Air & Space Museums in DC, then this one is worth skipping. The collection is much smaller here and not worth the money to get in.
Not worth the money!!
Awesome! Compares well to Air and Space in DC. Leave about an hour for it. Great even for young kids.
El recorrido vale la pena aún cuando no es muy grande el museo :)
Un lugar que propone una amplia colección aeroespacial muy interesante. Vale la pena la visita.
Es un buen museo de la historia de la aviación
