I've had nothing but great experiences here - from the eye doctor to purchasing glasses (they were helpful, quick, and have done several free adjustments for me now).

This place is terrible. Mohammed overcharges me every time I come in; dint work with him & know your insurance plan before you come in! Dr. Law, however, is awesome!!

This location is very disorganized. Lost orders forgotten phone calls etc. best thing to do is heading for the exit.

Most likely: glasses NOT in 1 hour, many frames not available for certain lenses, then they call me to say they didn't treat my lenses correctly. Needed to return for new lenses: a 1 hour wait.

The staff here is terrible. Glasses will never be ready on time, even if they call you and tell you they're ready. Avoid at all costs unless you like making multiple trips.

LensCrafters as an org is just god awful, and it trickles down to the horrendous customer service people.
