Everyone here is so nice. I am shocked by the negative comments but I think this is the best Starbucks in Hollywood

I love this location, people are lovely! I go there every day, the only thing is they don't let you use the restroom unless you buy something.

Salted Carmel mocha is delish!!!! However, this Starbucks sucks! They don't call you when your drinks done and if they get it wrong they give you attitude! I am also freezing my ass off in here!
