Amazing views of Big Ben , great service and friendly staff . Good prices (£300p/n for a large room) The views are breathtaking and rooms are large. The executive lounge is well worth the £60 per night.

Nice hotel on the amazing location, well connected with public transport but still walking distance from main attractions . The view from some areas is also amazing. Staff is slow but polite.

This was a fantastic hotel to stay at for a few nights in London. Food is definitely more pricey though, especially coming from the USA. Very nice people and very welcoming! View from afternoon tea .

Good for families . Rooms much larger than average London hotel and sofa bed in suite area was set up on arrival and comfortable for our daughter. Excellent location for getting to sites.

Such a great place to stay and so close to Big Ben , Houses of Parliament, The London Eye and Westminster Abbey. Waterloo Station is a very short walk away which allows you access to the tube.

I like staying here. One of the reasons is that there's an Espressamente illy on the ground floor. Good coffee !

A great venue for an award ceremony. Proper posh! But I guess that is rather normal for London but for a Berlin boy like me it's almost a wee bit too nice... ????

Nice location for tourist . Its just in front of big ben and the parliament. The underground stations are near preferably westminster and waterloo. Great restos are also nearby. A must stay place.

Upgrade to the Executive Lounge for 39 pounds per room. It's worth it. Brilliant view

At buffet breakfast make your own coffee using the Nespresso machine. Otherwise the coffee they pour for you when you are seated is atrocious. Next to the Nespresso there is hot milk :)

This hotel is suitable with children as it has studios with a sofabed. Phone them up as booking.com etc won't show it as bookable with eg 2 kids.

The hotel has a great indoor design and a beautiful city view with Big Ben right across to it.

Excellent espresso in the Illy bar at ground level. The restaurant serves Great french food

Free WiFi with excellent strong signal. On the -1 and -2 floors there is no network connection.

- The housekeeping staff are very polite but, don't know how to clean and it is hard to communicate with them because they don't speak English. ????- The hotel is very crowded it reminded me of Disney

2nd floor nxt the the bar , three sofa seats are a gem.

Staff is wonderful! Booked a double room, but was given a twin. Came back a while later, and the staff was able to fulfill our request without a problem!
