Crab Trap Destin

The key lime pie is PERFECTION. It's consistency is more along the lines of a custard , similar to a flan or crème brûlée , but if you love creamy desserts , you'll regret NOT ordering this.

The Crab Combo is perfect for 2 and is absolutely delicious. 1lb of snow crab and 1lb of king crab with red potatoes , corn on the cob, and hush puppies .

Had a fairly large group during busy season and was sat rather quickly with great service. Food was really good too! WILL BE BACK

Forget what ya heard... get that she-crab soup ! Mmmm deeelish! Also, when you order the crab legs don't forget to enjoy your potatoes , corn and HUSH PUPPIES! PS thanks Steve!!

Love coming here! It is a must when we are in or around Destin. The food is great and the prices are the same as anywhere else! The Crab Trap is one of our favorites!

The Tuna Dip is the best in the area! They smoke it on an Egg Grill.

Gumbo great, as everyone says. The rest of the food is good and moderately priced and our service was exemplary.

The Sante Fe Mahi Mahi was a daily special , and absolutely wonderful.

Our waitress was sweet, patient and friendly . The coconut shrimp was fabulous. The shrimp is caught locally and the dipping sauce was sweet and tangy .

It has been a while. since we were here. Liked it a lot. No fancy dinner , but great food and friendly staff .

Obviously, get the crab ... everything else is just as good!

Someone left a tip for the blackened grouper sandwich , its actually called the bronzed grouper , and it was fantastic!! Highly recommended!!

Fun place with the kids. Right on the beach for them to play while you wait with an outside bar . Can it get better that that?

Whoever says the sweet tea is disgusting doesn't know how sweet tea should taste. We got the crab dip and liked it but the view is the best part!!

Right on the beach and beautiful! Always have had good service . Looking forward to eating the gumbo with our next meal!

Food is great. Drinks are great, if you want the stronger ones DON’T get frozen

Go to Pompano Joe 's if you want good seafood (only 1.5 miles away on the coast). Crab Trap's crab cakes were average, blackened jumbo shrimp was over seasoned. Calamari appetiser was the best bit.

Soft shell crab sandwich ! Good decent food. If you're looking for fancy , don't come here. If you want down home fried seafood , this is your place.

This place is great. Best seafood we have had the whole trip. Try the grilled shrimp with snow crab legs .

The crab legs were cooked perfect but quite a bit on the salty side and three of my crab legs were completely empty with no meat. I got robbed. Food wasn't all that bad but I've had much better.
