Well located, comfortable and fancy , with great service and nice restaurants . The price is fair , though some services may be a little heavy on the pockets. And check out the pool, it's great!

For me, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything about this hotel is astounding. The check-in process was done in a couple of minutes without any hassle.

Pro tip: Take escalator to the second floor to get an elevator . Hit the down button for an empty elevator . Gets around the long line for the lobby elevators .

Bring donuts from home. Breakfast buffet ridiculous. As a matter of fact, leave your car at home too. Parking fees will leave you peneyless.

$36/day parking and $11.95/day wifi is ridiculous. The AC didn't seem to cool the room down enough. Staff is friendly , room was clean , and the towels are the softest hotel towels I've ever used.

The intercontinental valet driver totaled my car by making an illegal U-turn, ruined my anniversary night and then on top of it all NO COMPASSION was shown towards me!

I always enjoy my stay. But I will say the water pressure at the bathroom sink is terrible and an exhaust fan is needed in bathroom
