Vegetarian heaven! Tea leaf salad is phenomenal, your taste buds will think you went to heaven. Pair w lychee mimosa : )
Fiery beef , chicken coconut soup , and the chicken curry all coupled with coconut rice . This is the very definition of a great dining experience. Highly recommended.
Good: rainbow salad , catfish curry , superstar shrimp . Average: chilli lamb , fiery beef , eggplant with garlic sauce . Bad: tea leaf salad , samosas , garlic noodles , crispy chicken , walnut shrimp .
LOVE this place, as do my daughters (10 and 12) so it's a perfect place for family dinner night. Try the coconut rice with the skillet shrimp .
Tea leaf salad is so authentic and on point. Decent cocktails and great lunch specials featuring the mango chicken . I crave this place all the time!
Mango mojitos and mimosas are great. Tea leaf salad is yummy. And spicy shrimp with rice is so good, u dont need anything else with it.
If mangos are in season, I highly recommend any of their mango-infused entrees. Coconut rice is amazing. Samusa soup is pure bliss (especially for the heat seekers at the table). Don't forget dessert !
Highly recommended!! Everything is great, but make sure you get Samusa Soup , Tea Leaf Salad , and Lychee Margarita .
Everything here is good. Order it all, and don't worry about the hefty bill at the end. It's worth it.
One of the most satisfying places to eat in alameda. I never leave hungry. Eat here, it's amazing
The tea leaf salad is fabulous, and since I come from the East Coast, I get it every time I visit Alameda.
The coconut rice and fiery tofu make one delicious combo! Definitely worth coming back for :)
The best part about this one is The lack of crazy lines usually like you see in Oakland or SF
This place has been sued by it's workers for alleged labor law violations. Knowing that, their food became a lot less palatable.
The coconut rice with Crispy Spicy Chicken is so so good!
Rainbow Salad is amazing and Samusa soup was tasty as well ! Coconut rice was a nice touch!
My moms favorite place in alameda! Tea leaf salad was nice!
Samusa soup and the Burmese eggplant curry were the best!!
Everything is great, but make sure you get the tea leaf salad .
Not quite as good as the Temescal edition, but bigger and easier to get a table.
If you like the platha curry , make sure you order the nan gyi dok!
White sangria is wonderful & refreshing. Not the place for a "real" cocktail though.
Who doesn’t order the tea leaf salad ?!
The service was lightning fast and the food was delicious.
Lamb curry and coconut rice are winners
The salmon salad was sooooooo good. Totally worth the price.
OMG! The Tea Leaf Salad is AMAZING! But, the #62 (Nom Gyi Tuk?) was forgettable :( It was nothing like it sounded in the menu.
Mint chicken was great!
Tea Leaf Salad , Samusa soup must try!
tea leaf salad and two thai iced teas ...best $20 you can spend in Alameda
Come an hour early and leave your number so you don't have to wait.
Surprisingly lives up to the hype, on all counts, which explains the crowd and wait at peak hours.
Order the tea leaf salad you will not be disappointed!
Clifton and Bob at lunch Burma Superstar! Great meal.
Get the coconut chicken noodle soup . It's glorious.
food at this place is so good and nice service. love it
Heaven is the tea leaf salad and coconut rice with a white sangria
Tea leaf salad ! Chili lamb or beef .
Excellent food. Laid back but very nice service.
The samosas are yummy. And the coconut rice is a must.
Beer , wine , and soju cocktails .
Teaf Leaf Salad is AMAZING. Chicken with Fresh mint and Coconut Rice should be illegal! That's how good it is!!!
All the curry dishes !
Delicious, worth the wait.
Try the Braised Pork Belly Black Mushroom And Bok Choy
Expensive for lunch . Papaya leaf salad is super.
They have amazing Chai
Chicken kebat and tea leaf salad
The rainbow salad is godly.
Excellent food & great service. The French toast is fantastic. If you are ordering kid's French toast ask for 2 pieces. The kid's pancakes come with 2 and is enough. - Aaron Zeligman
Must order the breakfast burrito, the Fresh Squize OJ is great. The Cofee is nice and fresh. - Machete Boxer
They'll make you an awesome sandwich with the ice cream of your choice. Outstanding! - dan tamura
Great local theater, very community minded, worth spending your money at rather than the big theater chains. Better prices, food and service too. - Cesar Abides
Cool interior, fun clientele, and great island-themed drinks. Try the Mai Tai! - Pacific Union
