I don't like Mole anything, but I could drink their Mole sauce . I usually have it doused on enchiladas but it would be amazing with anything. You will not be disappointed! Love sitting on the patio !

Drinks were pricy , but decently strong. Carne a La Tampiquena and fajitas were delicious. Best Mexican restaurant in SA IMO.

Drinks are legit, ambiance is nice. We love it as a brunch spot - it gets rowdy on the weekend nights. The food is tasty & waitstaff friendly

By far my favorite restaurant in SA . Try a Blue Margarita and the Quesadilla Norteña plate! Check out the framed pictures, a bunch of famous people love La Fogata too!!

Big huge tex-mex plates. Rice , Beans, Enchiladas . Prepare to run it off the next day. Ambience is cool here. Drinks are classic.

The best guacamole a Mano! Roasted serranos and salsa are excellent. We have never had a bad meal here.

Order the Chicken Campesinos chicken tacos . Voted one of the best tacos in Texas by Texas Monthly.

I enjoyed my food, but if you are gluten free , this is not the place for you! Their options are very few and plain, because their sauce has gluten.

The Green Enchiladas are awesome. Top Shelf Margarita or call your own Margarita are worth it!

Tacos al pastor is a hard item to find. La Fogata did not disappoint.

We waited over two hours for our table even though we had reservations . It was a special occasion , so definitely not ok to keep 20 people waiting like that. Will never go back there!!!
