Eat here if you want delicious, fresh food !!! Not a bad thing on the menu!! :) biscuits are made fresh by hand!! Food is always fresh, hot and perfect!! Staff is awesome too!!

The food is outstanding but the people make it unforgettable. Marvelous owners and longtime staff make everyone feel welcome and have become cherished friends. This is what Ventura is all about!

We ordered a ton & it was all delicious. Highlights: corned beef hash , the biscuits ! Oh, the biscuits . The homemade strawberry jam & habenero salsa . The French toast & the waffles . All excellent.

Amazing place and delicious meals. Don't underestimate the specials of the day: I've tried one with salmon and it was incredible!

Without question the best breakfast place on the strawberry coast, with the possible exception of Mrs. Olsen's. Try the veffie breakfast burrito .

I could've come just for the free jam on the table. Simple jam and toast was already great but the chorizo burger was excellent!

Their Chili is the bomb, sometimes I just go to get a bowl of it or if I'm really hungry I get the chili bean omelet .

All I am saying is "Give Pete's a Chance" Ask for the Waffle with the Frozen Yogurt and fruit . I got it without chocolate sauce and asked for any other fruit in the kitchen. YUMMY!!!!

Ventura California's finest breakfast is a Pete's. I love the home-made corned beef hash , fresh strawberry jam on busicuits are also a must.

If you want the best breakfast of your life order the Eggs Pacific. It will blow your mind. It is not on the menu but ask your waiter about it.

Ran out of one of their daily specials after we had already ordered, which took a while to even place. I get they're busy but cmon. My guests weren't impressed with my "best breakfast " choice.

Spanish omelet was good. Potatoes So-So. Strawberry Jam was amazing. I didn't like that I paid $2.25 for a CAN of diet soda & refills are $1. Nowadays, there are soda machines & free refills for $2.25

Come early on weekends or you'll be in for a wait. There is coffee inside if you have to wait!

Best breakfast in Ventura. Blueberry pancakes , breakfast burritos are among my favs. The owners and staff rock and make you feel so welcome...

As for the B-house special with chicken and avocado...Delish!

Vastly over rated. The portions were small. They tried to disguise this with small plates and putting the skimpy corn beef portions on top of chunky potatoes to make it look like there was more.
