The Lenox Hotel

I just spent another couple of truly fantastic days at the Lenox. From the charming & genuinely friendly staff , to the sumptuous rooms & toasty warm fireplaces it's always a pleasure to visit & stay.

Best customer service I've had at a hotel . Everyone was amazing & attentive. Location was perfect too. The gluten free brownies didn't hurt. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Boston.

Quaint, cozy , Sinatra on the background, smells so good makes me feel warm and fuzzy. The toiletries, Khiels. Very nice. Have a drink at Solas or City Bar .

Their Kir Royale is not on the menu but I live for great service and amazing oysters! Perfect place to be with friends and feel fabulous at every turn.

One of the best hotels in Boston . If you ask for a drink when you arrive they'll bring one up to your room, nice touch! Also huge walk-in closets are a very nice bonus!

Wicked awesome hotel ‼️ The concierge , Casey, was the sweetest person in Boston and took care of us. Tell her The Stickers from TX said "hello".

Roaring fire in the dark wood drawing room is perfect on a cold winter night. Good cocktails too.

City Bar is great. Very quiet and secluded if you enjoy a good conversation. And the bartenders are friendly and attentive.

The service is the best I've ever had at a hotel (beyond even Kimpton level). Even the hair dryers in the room are ceramic ionic, which I've NEVER seen in a hotel .

The Executive fireplace room is just the best to stay in wintertime. Just ring the guest service and one will come up to light the real wood fireplace !

This boutique hotel has elegant rooms with a classical decoration. Also you should enjoy the warmth before the fire during winter days.

It's located in the central Boston and a great place to spend during your stay. It has free wifi , comfortable lobby and spacious rooms .

Fab hotel in the back bay . The concierge is a pompous jerk who doesn't know his head from his ... He gave wrong info and directions. Other than that I would still recommend this hotel .

Grab a comfy seat in the well-appointed lobby and enjoy some nice old world charming atmosphere (and great people watching ) with Dino or Sinatra serenading you softly.

I cannot recommend this place enough, the staff is wonderful and will make anything you want happen. Nate and Kristie are the best!!!

Amazing place, awesome staff . Bellhops are best in the business and Peter the doorman knows everything and everyone. Ask him for the story about Mike's Bakery .

This is a fabulous boutique hotel with spacious rooms and thoughtful service.

The Lenox has the best smelling "public" hand soap in Boston. While you're there grab a great Guinness at Solas - upstairs is cozy and quiet .

The Dome room is a wonderful place for a public our private gathering.

Ask the desk to arrange airport shuttles for you. They have a contractor who is cheap and will schedule service for you. No waiting on 3rd party services to pick up at other hotels first.

Best mens restroom and handsoap I've ever experienced. Check it out in the lobby.
