Really great pizza , top 3 I've had in the city . And you can go on Saturday night at 7 with two people and not have to wait.
Pies, and Calzones , wine and Beer , thats it, Pies come out fast, and are one of the best in the NY area, they're also pricey , $26 for the base, $3-4 per topping. Cash Only , Open kitchen style. Old NY
This is the one of that kind of places which make ppls say: “bklyn pizza is the best!”. Vibe inside, taste, staff … Everything! Don’t skip the dessert with riccota and nutella !
Everyone has their fave Brooklyn pizza spot. Giuseppina's is my gold standard. Simple but perfect menu. Opt for the cheese pie , bottle of Barbera and the sausage calzone for a change of pace. Bliss!
Pro tip: They only do two things but my oh my do they do them well . Really, don't overlook the calzone ! They also offer cheap wine by the glass, but note, it's cash only .
The sister restaurant of Lucali in Carrol Gardens , the pizza here is identical and costs the same, though without the charm and atmosphere of its predecessor. Still nice, but lacking that extra oomph.
Shallots and spicy sausage + garlic and basil . Or a calzone + truffle oil (it needs nothing more!). Love love this place
By far the best calzone I have ever had, I did a small artichoke with garlic and was amazing. The pizza was good as well , cannot wait to return.
Pie guru Mark Lacono's younger brother Chris is opening Giuseppina with the same brick oven thin crusters, a tight menu of salads and desserts and a beer/wine list soon as the license floats.
Best pie this side of Brooklyn. Thin and crusty and cooked to perfection. Consistently perfect.
Excellent pizza . Dessert calzone was delicious. Very family friendly . Go early if you don't want to wait.
One of the best pizza places in Brooklyn. House red wine is cheap and delicious. Good date spot too.
Try pizzaiolo Chris Iacono’s artisinal margherita pie, blistered in a hand-built, wood-fired oven. It’s one of our #100best dishes and drinks of 2011. Read more
This pizza is expensive , but incredible. The ingredients are top-notch, and I'll be coming back again and again.
The owner is brothers with owner of Lucali . Pizza is basically the same. Not BYOB but cheap drinks . No wait on a Saturday night with is unheard of at Lucali . Definitely a hidden gem .
Pizza is awesome!
Delish!! Get the "everything". Great vibe.
Everything is great! Get a pie with shallots and mushrooms ! And a calzone with sausage !
I was blown away by how good everything was. Can't wait to go back.
Love the family the runs this place. Monday nights they do a half price wine special .
Great old school vibe, pizza is awesome. Lucali-esque!
You'll never want a calzone anywhere else after you have one here. Yep, it's that good!
Super cozy and delicious. Only pizza on the menu, but it's excellent.
Mushroom and pepperoni TO Best Pizza 2019
To do it right: pepperoni and shallots plus the complimentary garlic and basil .
Get the special which comes with a Nutella pizza .
The pizza is some of the best in town .

Delicious pizza . Laid back , good lighting. No salad yet, but I hope that comes eventually.
Great pizza , totally recommend.
Amazing food!! They take cash only
Incredible. Small calzone w garlic and artichoke hearts . Life alteringly delicious
worth a try if your in Brooklyn Park Slope...
BELIEVE THE HYPE. get the pie with hot peppers , basil , and garlic . OMG
Be forewarned! Cash only and the ATM across the street has a $60 withdrawal limit.
Make sure you bring enough cash with you....cause credit cards are not welcomed here.
Thin crust heaven
Sad wine portions. Soggy crust. They do roll out the dough with the wine bottles!
Sinatra goes well with this environment
