Hyde Park is Australia’s oldest park. It’s also one of the most well-known. It contains the Archibald Fountain, the Anzac Memorial and the Pool of Reflection

Hyde Park is nice and peaceful when I want to work in quiet , but also has cool events that don't disturb the rest of the park . I just wish there were more WiFi hotspots, and fewer ibises.
Fall in love with Hyde Park north's central avenue with the canopy forming from grand fig trees . Love walking through this section of Australia's oldest park
This is a safe place, night and day. I've never had trouble walking through. It's also stunning all year round. Take a book , or simply lay back and enjoy the sun.
Green lung in the heart of Sydney. Definitely a place chill when weather is nice.
The tree canopy is spectacular here and you can watch or play large scale chess .
Nice place to chill , have a picnic , sit on the bench with a book and just daydreaming! Calming and peaceful park .

Lovely place. You could lay down on the grass , dream, read, relax or even play chess .
Grass is greenest opposite the Australian Museum . Also, the quietest and best spot for a nap in the park .

Sydney's smaller version of Central Park . Quiet and lovely break from the hustle and bustle of the city
Picture Perfect by the water fountain . Perfect capture with Centre Point Tower or St. Mary's Cathedral (RE: Attached Photo)
Great city-centre park . Lovely war memorial (which needs a bit of brushing up inside).
Sunbathing couples, solitary readers, soccer players, skater kids and a strangers with guitars...and that's only the south end! I love you, Hyde Park. <3

A nice escape from the crowded streets of Sydney !
One of the gardener threw fertilisers on us and turned on the sprinklers that splashed water on us while we were on the park bench . He didn't say sorry or excuse me which I find a bit rude.
Go to Hyde Park on the weekends. Enjoy the scenery and fresh air . The only place for relaxing mind, body and soul in the city . Do not go when in summer, can be very hot.
