Great filet mignon , and grilled asparagus . Recommend the warm chocolate caramel cake for dessert . Very good service . Only downside is the tables are a bit cramped - not ideal for private conversation.
Oysters / seafood tower . The Cowboy dry aged steak is surreal. Every side order is great. The fried calamari with cherry peppers to die for. You can’t miss at Roots.
Get the prime Cowboy Steak medium rare - such an excellent piece of steak . Wedge salad was also good. Oysters were fresh but not very well shucked. Skip the brownie dessert (very dry & unimpressive).
