Good place when you want something in the neighborhood . Portions are large, so opt to share. All of the mussel kits are unique and full of flavor. Solid cocktails and the mixed nuts are a great start.

Small. Dark with lots of candies . Cozy . Great atmosphere. Friendly staff . Amish chicken was delightful. Want to go back and try the cheese selection .

James Tillapaugh

Smoked pork hash ! Also the Pink Elephant is the perfect breakfast cocktail . For dinner try the hanger steak or the Amish chicken . Perfection!

The food is always excellent. The service is even better. It's a good place to read the paper, eat, and have a quiet Sunday.

Vincent (as in Van Gogh. Dutch. Netherlands. Get it?) lightly plays off Dutch food and goes from there. Eat here if you've not.

Time Out Chicago

Try the maatje herring shot from our 100 Best list: Make way, tequila shots. We want to start every meal slurping a piece of sweet pickled herring followed by a shot of genever.

Tasty, interesting, no bullshit dishes that are somehow very reasonably priced. Cheese plate stood out the most

They changed their focus to be more fusion rather than Dutch. It seems to have made the menu much friendlier. DELICIOUS!! Excellent wine list too!
