If you go with little kids, the castle is not stroller friendly . Gravel paths around the castle are manageable with a bigger, jogging stroller. Difficult with anything smaller.

Lived near McCook's most of my life- generally crowded, but still nice for swimming and sunbathing. The park is awesome for picnics or walks. Very relaxing. - Noah Feldman
