Legazpi Active Park

Visiting this park almost every waking weekday at around 4:00 am when everything is still and noiseless, truly serves my seemingly intermittent fondness over solitude, and lonesome meditation .

aka Legaspi Active Park where the runners go. This is in between another park (Washington Sycip) and the parking lot where the Sunday Market (which most of the tips listed here are about) is held.

I like jogging here! The park is quiet , lined with trees , and a good place to relax and exercise with friends & family.

Different sellers from those in Salcedo Market . Enjoyed the pinoy taco and fresh juices . Lots of handicrafts , fresh fruits and veggies sold here, too.

Free Crossfit work outs here by CFMNL Makati every Tuesday/Thursday at 7 pm until end of April 2013. Search for CFMakati on Facebook for announcements

You can keep track of your distance when jogging here. 1 full jog around the park is 250m.

Best around 9am weekdays not crowded like it can be early

park on the right side of the steet and on the right direction. otherwise you'll get a traffic violation for counterflowing.

look for the coffee and sugar from negros, they give free refills for only P80!

You can find a lot of good deals , wares, and delicious food at this weekend market .

Pretty safe place to run -- well lit and populated even after 10 PM with runners !
