Hotel Universo (Best Western)

My second unexpected tip to Rome, didn't make any reservations , got the junior suite with a little discount . Staff is helpful as are the drivers. Junior suites got two floors and a huge balcony . Comfy

Good interior design ! Nice staff and food! Nearby all the historical places by walk and nearby to the metro station ! SPA wasnt so good!

Great location, very reasonable rooms, food and beverage prices. Beds are great! Water pressure poor in showers , apparently due to water restrictions in force in Rome.

Wifi signal can only reach you on the first and second floor. But if got a Mac you can setup your own network via LAN cable which will be kindly provided by the staff .

Great hotel . Funky 2 level rooms. Free wifi in rooms. Have to ask for a new code each day but they are more than happy to give it out!

The staff here are very helpfull and willing to help with any problem. They sure did with me!

Convenient for train station …

Most of the staffs are good, but I met a rude one. When I asked question to him, he treated me like a stupid asian. Just happened today. And the wifi signal is very weak, it's only accessible at lobby

food is disgusting, in conference hall is horribly cold and dirty .

Очень достойный отель в центре Рима. Уборка номера каждый день со сменой полотенец и постельного белья.Хороший европейский завтрак . круассаны и выпечка свежайшие! Двухэтажные номера .

Удобное расположение в 5 минутах от вокзала. До центра города пешком минут 30-40, можно автобусом. Номера небольшие, стильные и чистые.

Excelente hotel , muito bem localizado, perto da estacao termini , ha varias boas tratorias proximas, dispoe de um farto cafe da manha!
