Everything is delicious here!! Must make a reservation otherwise wait to eat at the bar . The restaurant is so pretty and beachy inside too. We'll def be back!!

BARACUDA is a top destination for fine Kauai dining. get reservations early! Order various tapas to share. The food quality is excellent. Also reserve ahead for its sister restaurant , Ama ramen .

Great service and lively vibe. Awesome wine list . We got 4 plates for 2 ppl + a dessert and it was plenty food. The endive salad , lentils , bruschetta and choc ice cream w/cookies are not to be missed.

Lamb is hands down the best dish though they are all pretty great. Definitely SF / NYC quality food, atmosphere and service. Really impressed.

Best meal on Kauai . Get the lamb and cucumber salad . Fish and lentils were also excellent - I don’t think you can go wrong here.

All of the dishes are well prepared. The lamb ribs , the crostini , and the scallops are the standouts. It gets busy during high season, but you can usually find room at the bar .

great spot, but chronically under seasoned. ask for a side of sea salt . also, ask for a side of all the sauces and chutneys . all super delicious and you'll want more than they plate.

The lamb riblettes are phenomenal. We really liked the honeycomb and cheese plate as well . The chorizo was excellent: they age the meat and prepare the sausage themselves.

This place has a line up for a reason. A beautiful dining room, particularly on the deck. Clever, tasty food; generous portions ; friendly staff . A winner.

Highly recommend trying this spot while you're in town . Especially the honeycomb . I have never had a better goat cheese dish. Simple and delicious. Spinach salad and scallops were also divine.

Great food! Best we've had in Hanalei. The Albondigas, Banderillas , and the lamb riblettes were all delicious. Atmosphere and service also very good. Definitely recommend Bar Acuda!

It's the closest to SF quality dining I've had on the islands , which makes sense since it's run by SF chefs . A must visit IMO when in Kauai .

Food was good, but the flavors were really strong (we got the the honeycomb , crostini , seared ahi , and pizzetta ). Enjoyed the ahi the most. 4 tapas and 2 drinks totaled $100

Truly a gem on Kauai . Jim Moffat (Slow Club) has an inventive, ever changing menu that would stand out anywhere. Great wine list as well .

Bar Acuda could be in Brooklyn with how good their cocktails are. The food was incredible. It was hard not to order everything on the menu.

Really upscale and trendy spot with an incredibly helpful staff . All the food is great, you can't go wrong.

The tapas and desserts are amazing. Order 2 to 3 tapas per person to have a complete meal and definitely bring friends to share with.

Highly recommended. Ordered the crostini of the day, green beans , pizzette, banderillas , blackened shrimp and short rib . Short rib was the best.

The porchetta dish was awesome. I also enjoyed the beet salad and the smokey ginger drink very much.

Tapas ...if you like that sort of thing. I don't. Small portions for the Mahi Mahi and Scallops . Broccoli was solid.
