Hidden away behind an office complex but so worth it for the onion rings and burgers .
Decent buffalo burger and sweet potato fries . Nothing fancy , more like straightforward diner food .
Buffalo meat is lower in fat, and likely has a lower environmental impact because bison are pastured and not part of the horrible industrial beef industry. Bison farmers have higher standards
