Get a grilled jalapeño . Not on the menu & not too too spicy . Charred skin & great juicy texture. Yum.
The tender lengua (beef tongue ) and crispy carnitas are exceptional; try them in a mulita , a crispy tortilla sandwich filled with meat, avocado , cheese , and salsa .
Portions are huge and prices loco-cheap. Best of all, indoor seating (with spinning stools!) and covered outdoor seating supply something akin to comfort. Sort of. Read more
This place hasn't served me a dish I haven't liked yet...this is the only place I've seen mulitas at, so far. Maybe I need to check out more taco trucks ...sounds like a tasty quest.

Some of the best tacos in seattle! The chicken quesadilla is really good.
The tacos !!! So good!
The burritos are really good and incredibly filling for $4.50
